Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Tampa Soon to be Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate from Palo Alto University

Bio & Focus:

I am currently a pre-licensed counselor trainee and a Master's student at Palo Alto University. I entered the helping field with a strong passion for sexual and mental health advocacy and a desire to pursue certification as an AASECT sex therapist. I work utilizing an eclectic approach centered around multicultural and systems theory and social justice. I also employ interventions from CBT, EFT, attachment theory, and narrative therapy. My aim is to work collaboratively with my clients to provide them with the personalized care they need.

Concerns Treated:

As a trainee and pre-licensed professional, I have experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, grief, sexual issues, and relational stress. I have worked with children aged kinder through eighth grade, along with adult clients and couples seeking counseling.
