Why do Americans have so much trouble sleeping these days? Myself included. Could it be stress? Spending too much time with our laptops and phones? Hormones? lack of sex? Or all of the above?
Whatever the reason clearly there is a problem. I’ve tried every remedy there is to offer, melatonin, CBD, meditation, relaxation apps, patches, and special sound machines. Experts say millennials are having the least amount of sex and fewer people are in steady relationships these days. So, what if you don’t have a partner?
