Most of us are unaware one of the benefits of exercise is it increases your sex drive.
First off let me start by saying that exercise is my Prozac. Everything else that goes along with it is just an added benefit.
Did you know that there are specific exercises that one can do to create a stronger orgasm? Who doesn’t want that?
Pilates for example not only will encourage long lean muscles but also strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Stronger pelvic floor muscles not only improve sexual sensation but also a stronger orgasm.
My exercise of choice has always been cardio and strength training.
Cardiovascular exercise such as running or aerobic activity produces beta-endorphins. Which increases blood flow and circulation.
Strength training, meaning any activity involving a weight-bearing exercise, increases growth hormone that produces testosterone. Testosterone is the primary hormone responsible for sexual desire in both men and women.
Not only does exercise improve self-esteem, help control your weight, it also increases stamina and energy. All of which is a recipe for a healthy libido.
